Kirsters Baish| Rapper Kanye West has continued to bash former President Barack Obama and destroy the liberal narrative this week via Twitter. He has opened up doors that have not been opened by black celebrities in the past, going against the stereotype of African Americans. The rapper has revealed just how bad Obama was for the black community.
Kanye recently went on television to be interviewed by Charlemagne about the bad blood between the rapper and the former President.
West explained, “Obama came to me before he ran for office and he met with me and my mother to let me know he was going to run for office because I am his favorite artist of all time.” He went on to say that Obama had asked him for support and West said that he agreed to show support for the Democrat.
PJ Media wrote about what changed the tides:
But after West interrupted Taylor Swift on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2009 — which he apologized for immediately – Obama cut off support and was even caught on film calling West a “jackass.”
“He never called me to apologize,” said West. “The same person that sat down with me and my mom I think should have communicated to me directly.”
Kanye explained that Obama did nothing for the city of Chicago. He stated, “I also had a problem that Obama is from Chicago and Chicago is the murder capital of the world.”
West recalled, “We did a fundraiser for a midterm for them [the Obamas] in San Francisco. Right before I went onstage someone let me know that he had left. I felt away, bruh! I got feelins’, bro. Nobody owes me anything but I’m still going to feel what I feel.”
Kanye has called Obama out in the past for the lack of work he has done for the black community.
“Obama was in office for eight years and nothing in Chicago changed,” the rapper tweeted on April 25.

Americandailynews.org reports, “Obama’s own chief of staff became Chicago’s mayor. And what has Rahm Emanuel done for the city? Exactly nothing. Crime is still bad, the murder rate still shocking, jobs are still fleeing the city, taxes are still going up and up, and citizens are moving away. And what is Rahm doing? He is running around touting one new money-wasting development deal after another that will return nothing to the city in the long run and will only enrich his pals in the meantime.”
Kanye also recently tweeted a quote by conservative black economist Thomas Sowell.

Kanye ticked off the liberal of America even further after he apologized for saying that George W. Bush hates black people, however he stated that the black community had been slaves for the last 400 years.
Kanye was recently interviewed by TMZ, and during the interview he referred to his 2005 comments on George W. Bush. He explained that people always told him not to apologize to Bush. He explained that when he saw him pushing his father’s wheelchair at his mother’s funeral, he felt sympathy.
Kanye explained, “Do you know how bad I would want to go to George Bush and say I’m sorry for hurting you. I was an artist I was hurting when I went up to the telethon. I said something in the moment, but when I look at you as a Dad, and a family member, I’m sorry for hurting you.”
He then warned African Americans to stop succumbing to the liberal narrative, “When you hear about slavery for 400 years. For 400 years?! That sounds like a choice. Like, you were there for 400 years and it’s all of you all? Like, we’re mentally in prison,” West stated, adding on, “Like, slavery goes too direct to the idea of blacks. So prison is something that unites us as one race, blacks and whites being one race. We’re the human race.”
