Kirsters Baish| A group of high ranking Democrats penned a letter meant to go above President Donald Trump’s head and power over the Executive Branch of our government this week. The letter demanded that the Intelligence community ignore the President’s order to declassify multiple documents having to do with the ridiculous Russia investigation until Congress has been consulted with.

The Gateway Pundit reports that the President is in charge of the Intelligence agencies of our government. This demand from the Democrats goes beyond their rights and crosses a serious line.
Democratic Representatives Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi, along with Senator Mark Warner and Senator Chuck Schumer all signed the letter, which was addressed to Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
“Your agencies’ review, and any communication with the White House on the substance of the material, should not proceed further until you have briefed the Gang of Eight in person,” the letter demanded.
A Washington, D.C. lawyer by the name of Will Chamberlain said that the letter written by the Democrats was a “constitutional crisis.” He pushed for the GOP to think about holding the lawmakers who signed it legally responsible.
Chamberlain said of those who signed the letter, “You are equal branches of government, but they’re not subordinate to you. I’m sorry — President Trump has not issued a request to the intelligence agencies that they declassify this information, he has issued an order.”
Chamberlain went on to state that, “President Trump has issued an order to his subordinates to declassify certain information related to the Russia investigation. He has plenary declassification authority as the President of the United States. The FBI and DOJ are subordinate to him. Congress does not get to order Executive Branch officials to defy a president — that is actually a constitutional crisis.”
This past Monday, Donald Trump went showed no mercy when he demanded that the Justice Department release all unreacted text messages from disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former FBI attorney Lisa Page, former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, and sketchy DOJ official Bruce Ohr, relating to the Russia probe from James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Bruce Ohr, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday that Congressional sources are now concerned that Intelligence agencies will delay the process to release information as a way to get to President Donald Trump and all of those Americans who want the truth made public.
House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes stated on Monday evening that the FBI’s “insurance policy” which was discussed by then-FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and his mistress/then-FBI attorney Lisa Page will be made public in addition to more on the Carter Page FISA documents.
