The defamation suit was filed by the porn star against President Trump “after he mocked her over a sketch of the man who allegedly threatened her–the man in the sketch looked eerily like her ex-husband,” the Gateway Pundit writes.
The case was dismissed by the United States District Judge, who stated that the President’s tweet was “rhetorical hyperbole,” not “defamatory” as his accuser had claimed.
A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)! https://t.co/9Is7mHBFda

But wait, there’s more!
The federal judge overseeing the case also ordered that the porn star pay the President’s legal fees.
The President’s lawyer, Charles Harder, released a statement this week in which he explained that Trump is supposed to be awarded the payment of his legal fees by Daniels. Harder went on to say that the amount that the President is to receive has not yet been disclosed.
The statement read, “United States District Judge S. James Otero issued an order and ruling today dismissing Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against President Trump. The ruling also states that the President is entitled to an award of his attorneys’ fees against Stormy Daniels. A copy of the ruling is attached. No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti, can truthfully characterize today’s ruling in any way other than total victory for President Trump and total defeat for Stormy Daniels. The amount of the award for President Trump’s attorneys’ fees will be determined at a later date.”

After the ruling was announced on Monday, “creepy porn lawyer” Michael Avenatti took to Twitter to express his disgust.
“We will appeal the dismissal of the defamation cause of action and are confident in a reversal,” he stated in a tweet. The tweet has since been removed.
This is a huge win for President Trump, and a huge loss for the liberal left who is so set on destroying him.
