Kirsters Baish| Every single time a president leaves office and a new president comes in, there is buzzing about what kind of legacy the former president will be leaving behind. During his time in office, former President Barack Obama always seemed to be more concerned about the legacy he would be leaving behind rather than spending time focusing on fixing the issues that were at hand.
Clearly, Obama didn’t quite have his priorities straight. Who else to point out Obama’s flaws than President Trump’s personal favorite Congressman, Matt Gaetz? That’s exactly what Gaetz did.
Breitbart News reports that Gaetz stated that former NBA player, Dennis Rodman, had accomplished more for North Korea than Obama did during his eight years in office. He went on to say that this “must be very embarrassing” for the liberal left and the left-leaning media.
Gaetz publicly stated, “It must be very embarrassing for the political left and the mainstream media that Dennis Rodman conducted more diplomacy in North Korea than the Obama administration ever did. And here we’ve got President Trump delivering results. So, let’s check the scoreboard. Under Obama administration, we put five terrorists back on the battlefield to get the deserter Beau Bergdahl back. Here in the last week, President Trump takes them off the battlefield. At the same time, We’re bringing home three Americans. So if you look at the results, if you look at the scoreboard, President Trump has America winning. And, that is not something we were used to over last eight years.”

Gaetz brings up a very important point. The left continues to complain about every single thing Trump does and says, but when it comes down to Obama, they don’t have a bad word to say. When we break it down, Trump is doing worlds better during his second year of presidency than Obama was doing at this point in his own presidency. If you have any doubt about this, just take a look at unemployment rates/job growth, the economy as a whole, and the work Trump is doing to minimize illegal immigration. There is no comparison between Obama and Trump, and to sum it up, as Gaetz said, “President Trump has America winning.”
