Mad Maxine Waters Could Be Facing Up to 5 Years In Prison For Crazed Speech Inciting Riots Against Trump Supporters & Admin Employees

Kirsters Baish| This past weekend, Democrat Representative Maxine Waters stood in front of a crowd, telling them to incite acts of violence on the Trump administration. The Democrat declared an all out war against the Republicans.

Maxine Waters outright told her supporters to verbally harass Republicans anywhere that they are seen in the streets.

She stated, “If you think we’re rallying now, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Already, you have members of your Cabinet that are being booed out of restaurants who have protesters taking up at their house, who say, ‘No peace, no sleep. No peace, no sleep.’ God is on OUR side! On the side of the children. On the side of what’s right. On the side of what’s honorable. And so, let’s stay the course. Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

We haven’t heard any Democratic leaders condemn Waters for having encouraged violence… but she could be in a lot more trouble than just being scolded. The law says that it is illegal to incite a riot of ten plus people. That’s exactly what she did this past weekend.

Take a look at the US Code 2101 on Riots:

(a) Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent—
(1) to incite a riot; or
(2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or
(3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or
(4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;
and who either during the course of any such travel or use or thereafter performs or attempts to perform any other overt act for any purpose specified in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), or (D) of this paragraph— [1] Shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

National Review reports:

Representative Maxine Waters encouraged what a CNN panel called a “mob mentality on the left” over the weekend, calling on supporters to continue harassing Trump aides in public.

“I have no sympathy for these people that are in this administration who, you know, know it is wrong what they are doing on so many fronts but they tend to not want to confront this president or even leave,” the California Democrat said Saturday on MSNBC.

She called on people to resist the administration by “absolutely harassing” its members until they leave over the Justice Department policy of detaining illegal immigrant parents separately from their children.

“And I want to tell you, for these members of his cabinet who remain and try to defend him, they are not going to be able to go to a restaurant, they are not going to be able to stop at a gas station, they are not going to be able to shop in a department store,” she continued. “The people are going to turn on them, they are gonna protest, they are gonna absolutely harass them until they decide that they are going to tell the president ‘No, I can’t hang with you. This is wrong. This is unconscionable. We can’t keep doing this to children.’”

Last week, President Trump ended up signing an executive order which halted the practice of separating illegal immigrant children from their “parents” at the border. Despite President Trump’s efforts, the left has continued to take out their pent up anger on the Trump White House. While dining at a Mexican restaurant in Washington, D.C., Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was harassed by a group of liberals, until eventually she decided to leave.

Then, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked to leave a Virginia restaurant solely because of her political beliefs.

There is a serious issue going on in our country, and people like Maxine Waters are only making it worse by trying to turn Americans against each other. She should truly be ashamed of herself.

Omar Navarro is running against Maxine Waters. He hopes to “give the people of the 43rd an independent voice in Congress- not one beholden to special interests and career politicians.” His website lays out what the Republican candidate is all about. Take a look here.
