Breaking new information has emerged revealing that Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her 36 years ago, backstabbed her own lifelong friend, Leland Keyser, after associating her with the allegations.
Blasey Ford named three people as “witnesses” who she stated were present at the alleged party where she claims Kavanaugh assaulted her decades ago. One of those the accuser mentioned was her own lifelong friend, Leland Keyser.
Keyser, like the other witnesses Blasey Ford named, denied witnessing the incident, and went on to say that she never even met Brett Kavanaugh during their high school years.
“Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,” Keyser’s lawyer stated, as reported by The Washington Times.
It seems strange right off the bat that Christine Blasey Ford would name a friend as a witness who would go against her story and claim to “not know” Kavanaugh.
It has now been reported that a relative of Leland Keyser has come forward saying that she was “completely blindsided” by Ford bringing her name up, thrusting her into the national spotlight.
“Leland was completely blindsided by her name being thrown into it all. The first thing she knew about it was when she woke up on Thursday morning and her name was just everywhere. It was crazy,” the relative explained to the Daily Mail.
Keyser’s relative, which the Daily Mail stated was “upset and confused” by the situation, indicated that the accuser threw Keyser under the bus, claiming that she had just “reached for a name.”
“It really felt a lot like Christine was the one called to the principal’s office to give an account of something and just threw her under the bus. You know, just reached for a name,” the relative stated.

Smash the smear machine.

I can imagine that it would be quite shocking and traumatic to wake up one morning and all of a sudden everyone knows your name, and you are associated with the biggest story in American politics.
“She’s just trying to get through it and hoping for it all to die down,” Keyser’s relative explained.
It seems that Christine Blasey Ford didn’t think at all about the repercussions her actions would have on anyone but herself. That certainly doesn’t seem like the right way to treat a lifelong “friend.”
