Jim Acosta Savagely Attacks Hannity, So Sean Destroys Him On The Global Stage: “People See Through Your Lying Bull**** For What It Is”

Kirsters Baish| Fox News’ Sean Hannity tore Fake News CNN’s Jim Acosta apart on Wednesday after the CNN reporter had complained that Trump supporters had heckled him screaming “CNN sucks!” during a Trump rally in Florida. Acosta blamed Fox News network after he was heckled, claiming that the network riled up the Trump supporters into what he called an “anti-CNN” frenzy.

“My sense of it is that these opinions these folks have at these rallies, they’re shaped by what they see in the primetime hours of Fox News and what they hear from some conservative news outlets that just sort of give them this daily diet of what they consider to be terrible things we do over here at CNN,” Acosta told HLN’s S.E. Cupp.

The liberal reporter went on to attack Sean Hannity specifically on Wednesday evening via his Twitter. He called Hannity an“propagandist for profit.”

Acosta tweeted, “Hannity is a propagandist for profit, peddling lies every night. He says he’s just a talk show host, not a journalist. But he’s injecting poison into the nation’s political bloodstream warping public attitudes about the press. I’m confident in the long run the truth will prevail.”

The Fox News host totally wrecked Acosta with his response.

“People see through your lying bullsh*t for what it is,” Hannity explained to the CNN reporter in a tweet that ended up going totally viral later on Wednesday evening.

Hannity’s tweet read, “Jimmy @Acosta sorry your precious feelings are hurt & that people see through your lying bullshit for what it is. FAKE NEWS. #CNNSUCKS”

Acosta didn’t let up with the complaining on Thursday when White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders declared that she would not publicly state that the media is not the American people’s enemy. Acosta then called for his supporters to protest at the White House.

The Hill reports:

Fox News host Sean Hannity targeted CNN’s Jim Acosta during the opening monologue of his show Thursday, calling the White House correspondent “the king of lies.”

Hannity said that while he would “be the first person to jump in and personally defend any journalist who was attacked anywhere in the country,” he said Americans also have the freedom of speech and the “duty” to call out “fake news.”

Sean Hannity explained, “The fact that the people of this country are so fed up with their bias, their lying is not a call for violence at all. As a matter of fact, it’s actually freedom of speech and our duty to call out blatant lies, fake news for what it is. And it’s no surprise that you, the American people, no longer trust the so-called mainstream media.”
