HRC In Panic Mode As Judicial Watch Moves To Release Weiner Laptop Emails, Sues DOJ In Order to Obtain Them For Release

Kirsters Baish| The Gateway Pundit has reported that Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch has officially filed a lawsuit against the DOJ this past Tuesday. The decision came after the FBI ignored the group’s two other FOIA requests for the emails obtained from Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

Judicial Watch announced on Tuesday that they have officially sued the United States DOJ using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA.) They are suing to obtain all emails that were uncovered from former Congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

The lawsuit was filed after the Department of Justice failed to follow through on two previous FOIA requests from the Watchdog group.

From Judicial Watch:

In October 2016 The Washington Post reported that the FBI obtained a warrant to search the emails found on a computer used by Weiner that may contain evidence relevant to the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

In light of that report, on December 12, 2016, Judicial Watch submitted a FOIA request to the FBI, seeking all emails seized pursuant to the search warrant. The FBI denied the request and Judicial Watch appealed. The FBI has not acted on the appeal. Judicial Watch then filed a second FOIA request on September 29, 2017, to which the FBI has not responded. Judicial Watch is seeking:

-All records regarding the search of a laptop owned or formerly owned by former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

-All records retrieved from a laptop owned or formerly owned by former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

-All records of communications, emails, text messages and instant chats, sent to or from FBI officials relating to Hillary Clinton’s knowledge or possible knowledge of illicit activities involving former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

Judicial Watch filed another lawsuit in which they found 18 never-before-seen classified emails from Hillary Clinton on Weiner’s laptop. These emails included the identity of a CIA agent.

American investigative reporter Paul Sperry reported that the FBI had only looked at 3,000 of the almost 700,000 emails that were obtained from Weiner’s laptop. This goes against what disgraced former FBI Director James Comey said under oath when he testified that the bureau had somehow read all of the emails “thanks to the wizardry of our technology.”

The disgusting FBI corruption goes deeper, however. Now-terminated FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok had specifically picked the 3,000 emails to be read from the laptop.

Judicial Watch’s President Tom Fitton explained in a Twitter video this past Tuesday that it seems as though James Comey and Peter Strzok might have tried to cover up the Hillary Clinton/Anthony Weiner scandal.

It’s showtime!
