Feckless Attorney Jeff Sessions Has Finally Been Removed From His Post!

In some breaking news, (former) Attorney General Jeff Sessions (who has been AWOL in recent months) has reportedly handed in his resignation letter at the request of President Donald Trump today.

The Gateway Pundit reports that President Trump waited to make the move to ask Sessions to resign until Midterm Elections were over.

President Trump tweeted today, “We are pleased to announce that Matthew G. Whitaker, Chief of Staff to Attorney General Jeff Sessions at the Department of Justice, will become our new Acting Attorney General of the United States. He will serve our Country well….”

The President also tweeted, “….We thank Attorney General Jeff Sessions for his service, and wish him well! A permanent replacement will be nominated at a later date.”

It was reported that Sessions “resigned at the president’s request.”

Reuters tweeted, “BREAKING: Attorney General Jeff Sessions says he resigned at President Trump’s request.”

The Gateway Pundit explains, “This was the only choice Trump had. Sessions needed to go. He was the worst US Attorney General in history. Sessions refused to perform and put this president and country in danger.”
