Chuck Grassley Sends Merciless Letter to Feinstein, Refuses to Succumb To Demands & Postpone Thursday’s Hearing, Issues Major Warning

It has been reported by the Gateway Pundit that Republican Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley of Iowa sent a merciless letter to Democratic California Senator Dianne Feinstein this past Tuesday. In the letter, Grassley explains that he will not be postponing Thursday’s hearing, as she requested.

The Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman also accused the California Democrat and other Senate Democrats of having hidden Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez’s allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh from the Committee all the while she was working alongside the press to bash Kavanaugh and ruin his reputation.

Chuck Grassley warned Feinstein about the allegations made by Ramirez as reported by the New Yorker, “As you know, false statements made to the press are not subject to criminal penalty, but false statements to Congress are.”

On Tuesday afternoon, Feinstein stated that she has “no way of knowing” if Blasey-Ford will even show up, let alone actually testify against Kavanaugh at Thursday’s hearing.

The Democratic Senator’s comment came as a response to a female prosecutor with experience in sex crimes being hired on by Senate Republicans in order to question the alleged victim.

On Sunday evening, the New Yorker published a piece in which they wrote that another woman had come forward with allegations against Kavanaugh. These allegations were also from decades ago.

Deborah Ramirez, a 53-year-old woman, claimed to the New Yorker that she had been hesitant about speaking out against the Supreme Court nominee because she had been drunk at the time of the alleged assault. She went on to say that she had gaps in her memory where she doesn’t remember what happened. The Gateway Pundit writes, “She spent six days ‘carefully assessing her memories’ and consulting with her attorney before going public. On Tuesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee, led by Republicans fired off a letter to Ms. Ramirez’s attorneys asking for evidence of the assault–It is being reported that Ramirez is refusing to testify.”
